I have created an msi to install Plantronics msm. I want to install this msi on user's system in silent mode. This msi works fine if user is root user but if it is not root user (user is admin but not root user) than it fails with error HRESULT: 0x80070005. However, when I install it in UI mode I am able to install it even if user is admin but not root user. I have attached PlantronicsSetUp.msi and logs.txt file created on failed installation. Please suggest me in case of admin user which is not root user, why am I not able to install msi in silent mode while installs successfully in UI mode? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
