Is there a 3rd party app that has been written that can execute the required keystrokes for off/on-hook of a non-compatible softphone app? The softphone has assignable hot keys so a simple little middleware app should do the trick. Better yet, would Plantronics consider placing a field in the PerSono app to allow "hot key" execution?
