How to realize the device (Calisto 800 Series) and the Demo (SpokesSDKComSample ) interactive operation?

Hi,

   I've read  the "Known issue 18562,18877 - COM Service, manual edit of UserPreference.xml required to receive CallRequested events" .

But I still have some questions.

   I do not know whatI needdevelopment environment?I just have the device(Calisto 800 Series) and  the Demo(SpokesSDKComSample ).

  I can see the display of  the device(Calisto 800 Series):
